Ever since the new DGJMB took over the management of the property, there has been a mixed reactions from the residents.No doubt by having DGJMB, the residents pool of money is protected as majority of the committee members are the house owner themselves.
However, does the committee members able and competent enough to manage the building?
The committee have tried to improve communication with the residents by replying them at the blog, which is a good move. But how about day to day management of the property on security, cleanliness, facilities, defects, etc?
The webmaster has sent email to the DGJMB about their plans but unfortunately no reply from them. Are they solving a problem one thing at a time only?

Obviously problem is not solving but more problems is occur. Like more vadalism is happening around. i saw a lot electric room door lock is spoilt and notice board is scracth by someone and so on. Security is worst issue, before this shoes thief then life robbery case dont know what is next(hopefully nothing happen). water leakage is is frequent happen especially during rainy days. Another problem is our Astro disk problem, since astro beyond already introduce quite sometime, but our disk still not upgrade it and but then always out of service for block B resident, this year only second month but already almost 2 week time is out of service. DGJMB really need to take action immediately.tq
