MB invite all residents to attend meeting on 18/12/2010 to explain why they want to increase maintenace & sinking fund.
Make sure all 600 units residents attend the meeting, COMPULSORY, those who do not attend mean they agreed with the chairman to increase maintenance charges and sinking fund.
Other condo which have only 300 units do not increase any maintenance charge and sinking fund. We double of the money (600 units) still not enough, why? shame.
Why short of cleaner, is it no fund collected.
Collection of fund are :
1) Maintenance charges fund,
2) Sinking Fund,
3) Thirty units Vistors car park rental,
4) Canteen rental, Saloon rental, Dobi rental, Grocery Shop rental and etc.
Where is all this money collected?

WHAT?? No decrease YET wanna INCREASE the maintenance fee? Then change to JMB for what:? And dont they dare touch the guards, the guards are doing just fine. Strict and SAFE !!! Can we vote back BS Mgmt to maintain our condo? The JMB now is very inefficient and "lembab". one word L-O-U-S-Y . Not informative, slow and blur. I take an average of RM170 per household ( 1120sf ) x 600 units . That's RM120,000 A MONTH to service the condo, I didn't even take into account the rental of other stuff like visitor carpark, canteen laundry etc. WHO ARE YOU KIDDING , JMB ?? Bloodsuckers ah?
so sad, i was onleave and back to johore n cant attend for the meeting.. clearing 10 days leave during christmas...
efficiency ?? go and take a complaint form and u will see those liquid paper mark, they cant even have their own form or clean it properly before photostate...
OMG! fortunately I left that place... I initially thought it's gonna be a good place to stay when I bought it.. but I sold it anyway...
I guess you guys have to fight for your rights... the problem is also the residents who is not paying anf taking others for a ride...
excuse me ladies/guy, i need to clarify with yours, management and JMB never say want to increase the maintenance fee and sinking fund, i dunno where u all get this information out, as i study the ACT 663, any increase or decrease, JMB need to discuss at EGM (Extraordinary General Meeting)with residents or AGM (Annual General Meeting), they cannot simply increase or descrease without the meeting.
Webmaster may consider put this down as this is just a rumour. DGJMB did not suggest to increase the maintainance fee and sinking fund.
